It is weird flying into a city knowing that you will live there but this is the first time that you have seen it.
The two things that people warned me about Eugene were always that it is full of Hippies and Anarchists and it will rain all the time. With really only that info I landed at the airport. With around 100,000 people it is the second biggest city in Oregon, defiantly different from what I am used to. So the airport is pretty small. It was the first time that I ever walked out on the tarmac to get into the airplane at LAX. It was nice to no longer have to live out of a suitcase.
L. has gotten excited with the changing seasons. She really like living somewhere all the leaves change color and fall to the ground. I think that frustrated her in California when the seasons consisted of hot=fires, rainy=floods.
